Experian 2220 Ritchey Santa Ana, CA 92705 (Current Date)
Dear Credit Bureau, I recently applied for credit for a new washing machine and was declined due to a low credit score. When I requested a copy of my credit report I was shocked to find several incorrect items that lead to my low credit score.
I am disputing the following items on my report and would like to have them removed from my credit report as soon as possible.
Late Payment to Sears account: Enclosed are copies of all my statements and cancelled checks showing payments made on time.
Collection Item for Joe’s Grocery Store: This item is the responsibility of my ex-husband. Attached is a copy of the court document stating that he is responsible. Please investigate these items and have them removed from my credit report. Thank you for your cooperation.
